Where do I find the authentication code?
The code is under the silver scratch label on the pack. Scratch it gently with a coin to reveal 8 characters — 5 letters followed by 3 numbers.
What does "already verified" mean?
Each code can be verified once. If you see this message for a pack you have just opened, the code was used before — the pack may not be genuine. Contact us with a photo of the pack and where you bought it.
I verified my pack before. Why does it say "already verified" now?
That is expected. If you verify again with the same mobile number, the page confirms that the earlier verification was yours.
The page says the code was not found. What should I do?
Check the characters again. Codes never contain 0, 1, I, L or O, so a character that looks like zero is the letter Q or D, and one that looks like 1 is a 7. If it still fails, contact us.
Why do you ask for my name, email and phone?
We register the verified pack to you so that if someone else enters the same code later, we can identify a duplicate pack. We do not share your details.
